Rock the VOTE!!! :) I am always asking for help from you ladies :) Ok, so Victoria's Secret has a sale going... 20% off and FREE SHIPPING but it ends TODAY! So my mom emailed me to see if there was anything I was DYING to have! Well of course there is if you are asking :) ha!
I have been wanting a leather motorcycle-ish jacket for over a year now. I can never bring myself to pay that much for a leather jacket (only because I am afraid it will go out of style!). But with 20% off AND free shipping, I feel like I have to now! (and mom is buying-Christmas gift of course)! I wanted something edgy to add to my wardrobe and one of these would be PERFECT! So which one of these would you choose?????? And I am freaking out about what size. Typically I wear a medium shirt, but sometimes these kinds of jackets run small. Should I order a large??? HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first one for sure. I love the ruffles, but the ruffled leather may be harder to wear and go out of style sooner. The classic option will always work, and work with more outfits, IMHO.
And, as far as size, I would order a large if I were you. And, I typically wear a medium top as well. HTH!
I think the first one is going to last longer style wise.
I don't know about the size. I've never ordered a fitted jacket like that...
I vote for the first one. its more versitle, and I think less trendy, so it should last longer.
I say go for medium. loose cropped jackets look silly. better to have a slim, streamlined look.
I would go with the first too! And might go up a size, you're right they probably run small! Fun!
They are both adorable but I choose the first one!!
I agree with everyone else. I like the classic lines of the first one. Although I feel like VS is typically pretty true to size so I would probably get the medium. (Although I pretty much always order both try them on and return one.)
i really like the first one!
i don't know about the size, but i would think that if you need to fit a shirt underneath it then you'll need a size larger.
you are going to look so HOT in that with your dark hair and dark eyes!
I love them both, but i think number 1 is the way to go. I think all their stuff runs so small, so I always get a size bigger!
the ruffles are super cute and feminine but would go with the first one bc I think it would be less likely to go out of style. You have such a good mama :)
first one! leather jackets tend to run a bit smaller, but vs tends to run bigger? (gee im no help : )) Its going to look fabulous on you!
#1 -- but I think that's apparent by the other hundred who said that! CUTE!
The first one is so awesome! Great find.
I'd stick with the medium - doesn't leather stretch?
Hey! I found your blog through Mojito Maven - I have to say I LOVE the first jacket. So cute! And I usually go up a size in jackets.
Hey, I have an original statement.
Go with the first one. hee hee.
Size-wise, I usually go a little bigger on fitted leather jackets, because of things you may wear under them.
Did that make ANY sense at all? No.
Hi I am new to your blog! I read some of your older posts and saw your shih tzu's! I.adore.that.breed. I have a female black and white shih tzu and she is totally a cuddler, lapdog, etc. Her name is Mardi Gras - and don't hate me but - I am a cajun and LSU alumni! Anyway, just had to leave a comment. Love your blog.
I LOVE the motorcycle jacket look, I have also been wanting one for so long!!!
Your blog is so cute! I'm adding you to my reader!
Definitely go for #1. It is a classic style. The ruffles are a bit too much. I would go up a size, too!
I like the first one. I also make sure all my jackets are a large.
Ditto, ditto, ditto. #1 and order a size up. Very cute...and edgy!
I like the motorcycle jacket - very cool
I miss Victoria Secrets....alot
I tagged you!!! :)
I agree with everyone - the first one for sure. Won't date, more versatile. I wouldn't go too big, because you want it fitted to look cute, but I'm not sure what their sizing is like. It's a great jacket!
I do NOT like the ruffles... way too trendy! Go for the classic moto-style... LOVE!
